Leading TFS with a hands-on approach and an unwavering commitment to quality, Bryan is the owner and proud founder of the team. His vision was the leading force behind growing the company from a startup to an industry leader without losing any of our core values to expansion.

Travis Holloway — Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations and overseer of the company’s daily affairs, Travis’s expertise in project management and quality control ensures every project meets our high standards. His calculated approach to negotiations and efficient workflows played a key role in the company’s efficient growth.

Melissa Campbell — CFO

as the Chief Financial Officer of TFS, manages the company’s financial operations and strategic planning, guiding the company with precision and transparency. Her foresight and leadership skills have continuously supported our continued stability through the ups and downs of growth.

Donny Driskill — COO

Driving operational excellence and a culture of safety across all divisions, Donny is the Chief Operating Officer and second-in-command. His extensive industry and leadership experience ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, through meticulous personnel and resource management.
